Dell: Home Theater Guided Selling Tool
The Challenge
Buying a home theater system can be overwhelming to the average consumer. Dell wanted to offer an entire home theater suite that was personalized to a customer’s living room and audio visual needs through a user-friendly online tool.
The Solution
iGoDigital created a comprehensive home theater package builder that took into account the size and setup of a customer's living room, the type and amount of equipment they needed (i.e. stereo, DVD player, speakers, cables, etc), and even the storage pieces and furniture currently in the room. Dell's website basically became a one-stop shop to create your entire home theater system, with the help of iGoDigital of course.
