    Customers are always in need of everyday items such as toiletries, cosmetics, and cleaning supplies. eStore allows customers to purchase these items and have them conveniently delivered to their homes.

    The Solution

    Because customers may be purchasing many different types of items together, our personalization engine uses the customer's purchase history and click activity to determine what product characteristics are most important to their current shopping experience. The customer is recommended items similar to the products they have viewed as well as items in different categories with high purchase correlations with the items they have shown interest in.
