More Studies from SK-II
More Information
SK-II, is a Procter & Gamble Beauty brand, launched since 1980 in Japan. SK-II is often considered one of the most expensive beauty brands in the world. The history of SK-II goes back over 30 years ago when a scientist in Japan noticed the very soft and youthful hands of women working in a Japanese saké brewery. After years of research the scientists were able to isolate the natural, nutrient-rich liquid which they called, Pitera.

The Challenge
Finding the right skincare product to match your specific wants and needs can be overwhelming. SK-II has all kinds of different solutions for customers with varying skin types, concerns, habits, and lifestyles. They were looking for a tool that would guide customers to exactly what they needed. In addition, they were looking for a tool that could be scaleable and repeatable.
The Solution
iGoDigital created an in-depth eCounseling tool that guides women through the process of choosing the right SK-II products. By asking a series of questions regarding a woman's skincare wants and needs, we created a tool that mimics the feel of an attentive skincare consultant.
