Staples: Basket Builder
The Challenge
Staples was finding that customers were not always purchasing everything they need to get the most out of their products. Certain office products require certain accessories, and Staples was looking for a way to create a convenient one-stop shop for their online customers.
The Solution
iGoDigital created the Basket Builder. Once a customer selects a Staples product, they are then given options to buy any compatible accessories for that product. In the case of a computer purchase, customers are shown compatible printers, security software, storage devices, etc., so that customers can get everything they need all in one simple online transaction.
